Tuscan produce takes pride of place in our selection of extra-virgin olive oil, which stocks prestigious labels side by side with high-quality smaller productions which range from Bolgheri to Chianti to Montalcino. We reserve a special space for “Planeta”, an extra-virgin oil from Sicily, unique in its kind, made by pressing only de-stoned olives.
The origin of our wine vinegars stretches from Chianti to Piedmont to the Jerez area in Spain. Traditional balsamic vinegars are well represented in our windows, offering you the classic aged products from both the Modena and the Reggio Emilia consortia, but also the special reserve bottles aged up to 100 years.
There is also a wide selection of younger and simpler balsamic vinegars, but they are all true to the fundamental principle of high-quality balsamic vinegar: the sole ingredient is grape must.
